First of all, thank you so much for writing for me! I just know I will love anything you write me for any of my fandoms.
If you're writing me Power Rangers, feel free to contact second_batgirl for any tips or ideas about what I like and don't like. She knows all my headcannon. If you are second_batgirl, well, feel free to consult yourself about my likes and dislikes in regards to Power Rangers fandom. You always give the best advice.
I know it can be hard to write for somebody if you don't know what characters they love and the types of stories they enjoy. In the hopes of helping you somewhat, I'm including a list of my favourites and a few ideas. I tried to leave out too many specific prompts. Feel free to completely ignore this, however, and write whatever moves you. I will be happy either way!
For fic, I generally like happy endings. Angst is fine, so long as it's got a good outcome. I like silly, funny, crack, serious, deep, lighthearted. I dislike non-con, child death, meaningless character death (I don't mind character death if it has a point and is handled delicately).
MMRP - Trini, Kim, Aisha, I love them all. I'd even love a story about the citizens, their classmates, the people they leave behind. I love the thought that their identity as rangers was the best kept publicly known "secret" in all of Angel Grove. I would love a story about their mothers, what they think, how they get through watching their babies run willingly into danger. But honestly? I would love anything MMPR.
SPD - Bridge is STILL the only Jewish ranger. There is a sad lack of Bridge-being-Jewish stories running around out there. I would love you forever if you wrote me something, anything, highlighting Bridge's Jewishness.
I would also love a Syd and/or Z themed story. Because they are the best part of that show. I am kind of indifferent to Jack and I really despise Sky. Like... to an unhealthy degree.
Zeo - Okay, so he's a minor character, but this world NEEDS more Raymond in it. So he'd make me happy.
Avengers - NATASHA! PEPPER! NATASHA AND PEPPER FUNTIMES!
Samurai - So Lauren is the best Red Ranger ever, right? Right. And Mia is delightful and Emily is just the sweetest thing ever and and and.
SJA - I miss Sarah Jane. So. Very. Much. She is my favourite of all time. I love the kids, I love K9, I love the episodes. I love her stories. I just really love her the most.
X-Men - I left this with movie-verse because I'm still wading into the comics. It's such a huge history. I would really like something with Erik, if you can. Old!Erik, Young!Erik, pre-meeting-Charles!Erik. Pre-Shoah!Erik even. X-Men I,II,III Erik or First Class Erik. Any of it.
Primeval - Abby is my favourite, but there is a wealth of fic about her so I wouldn't mind her not featuring at all. I loved Claudia in her own right. I love Jenny in her own right. I adored Sarah and hate that we never really got an ending to her story. I like to think she survived... but there you have it. I like Jess well enough. Please nothing Helen focused. I just really can't stand her character.
