So, I remember a few months ago...I saw a man on the bus talking on a standard home phone (ear peice reciever) and it was connected to something inside his bag. I thought he was either crazy or I was on candid camera. Apparently it was a marketing ploy. Look:


you hook it up to your cell phone and it acts as a headset. Cool huh?
I'm also 90% sure that that was the man I saw.
