update of sorts
Sitting at work .. I'm early .. such a good employee *grin* wedding plans are coming along nicely.. for those that have not read I'm getting married on the 17th of April YES SQUEEEE. phew. I'm looking forward to the long weekend. Might make shaunykin take me for a drive to the hills .. not been there for many many moons. Eat scones and drink tea.
Natalaya: I just bought a book "Healing Arthritis, Complementary Naturopathic, Orthopedic & Drug treatments" I think I have been doing this "diet" thing the wrong way around. I have been more focused on weight loss then trying to eat my way to good health. I'll let you know how the book goes. Natalie you might be interested in this book also.
