Don't Feed the Plants!

Summary: A perfectly normal and not at all sinister development involving Scientific Advances! Surely this will not lead to future excitement and danger for the other inhabitants!

Inside the little cottage by the lake, SCIENCE! is happening. There are bubbling chemicals, flashing lights, puffs of smoke, and all sorts of exciting electrical displays. And, of course, plants.
Vitalia is glowing with the focused joy of an artist creating a masterpiece, eyes shining behind smoked goggles. Giddy laughter bubbles from her mouth every once in a while as the excitement overtakes her. While everything else has been fairly basic, this newest project is something new and groundbreaking- even moreso than the literally groundbreaking magical flowers from last month!
As the machinery dies down, the smoke clears to reveal tiny, intricate arrangements of leaves and roots. If one looks particularly close, one can make out hints of faces on the tiny calices.
"What do you think, Miss Kuja? Are they at all like the specimens you described?"
