[Watching Belle curiously is France, standing near the building. Of course, the building itself was somewhat interesting and was what originally captured her attention but... Pretty girl. Very pretty.]

[Pretty girl peering into whatever windows and cracks she can even as she approaches the door. It's almost like she can't wait to get inside and satisfy that curiosity.

Fortunately (for her sake, with all these kidnappings), Belle isn't completely oblivious, and she notices the other woman before she makes it inside. She pauses, and smiles.]

Bonjour! [France walks up to Belle, smiling pleasantly if slightly deviously.] Exploring, mademoiselle?

I am. You know, I don't think this was here the other day.

[She knocks against one of the window's borders, smiling back at her.]

Hm? Well, that is strange... Perhaps you've simply gotten a little lost?

No, it's definitely the same path. If I had to guess, I'd say it was the Queen's work again.

[Not that you'll find her complaining, in this case.]

Hmm, I suppose that makes sense... A library though... [She'll cheer up when she sees the books available to her.]
