( Bonnie is laying on her back, arm flopped over her face until the Vine starts poking at her, and she finally reaches to bring the little unfurled mirror closer. It takes a moment for her eyes to adjust to the light and the fog to clear from her head, and she looks at Vanille with a very slight, very bemused smile. She doesn't reply, but she is by the lake, so when Vanille makes her way down there Bonnie sits up and actually takes note.
A few minutes pass, then some more, but Bonnie eventually gets herself up and wanders over towards Vanille, wrapped up in a baggy turtleneck sweater, like usual. )
You're kinda like a ball of sunshine or somethin', ain't you?
[Vanille squints up at Bonnie, shielding her eyes from the bright sunlight. She shrugs good naturedly at the question and smiles.] People say so, sometimes!

( Without asking, she folds herself up on the ground next to Vanille, and tilts her head. ) Must be true, then.
( Or at least believable. Things could go so twisted up and confusing, those were close enough to the same thing. )
Cold? ( She thinks it over, like the idea of cold hadn't really occurred to her, but staring at the ground as she shrugs. ) Not really. ( Her gaze eventually focuses back on Vanille, and she offers a vague little smile. ) I'm Bonnie.

Hot? ( She thinks it over, like the idea of hot hadn't really occurred to her, but staring at the ground as she shrugs, picking at her sleeves listlessly. Rain or shine, she kept wearing this - it hid the evidence marked over her skin. ) Not really. Covering up helps protect you from the sun, and all.

[Vanille totally doesn't mind the sitting. She wouldn't have asked, either.] Well... I don't know about that, but it's nice of them to say!
[She considers this for a moment. She's always lived in the sun, in the open, but she's no stranger to burns from the harsh light on Gran Pulse. She nods.] Right! Wouldn't want to get burned!

[Then a quizzical headtilt.] Aren't you cold?
