Fairy tales have more sense than this. At least they usually have a common theme or setting, and don't just throw in robots.

Yes. Robots. Not golems, or animated suits of armor, but robots. Not only do they not fit the theme at all, but apparently they attacked once or something!

Apparently from what I've been able to put together, this place is the garden of a Queen with immense magical power, and she uses it to bring women together for some purpose.

Probably a sinister purpose if you ask me.

I really don't think that's quite the intention she's thinking of. From what I've heard, it's romantic purposes.
