THIRD SPARK [DREAM]

cut for long.

[ It is a dark, gloomy room that Marisa is in. Books lie in messy piles on a tall wooden table, while a potion simmers gently at the side. Magical trinkets rotate around the room slowly, held aloft by some unknown spell, and some parts of the room's walls looked scorched, as if hit by some stray missile.

She sits on a small but cushy bed, looking at a widely grinning green haired woman dressed in blue, and has a nearly transparent ghost tail where legs should be. She's dressed in her normal witch attire, but they're now purple and yellow, instead of black and white. ]

How're you doing, kiddo?

Pretty good. I mean, I'm not dead.

Psh, as if being dead can stop anyone. Example A right here.

You're the exception. Things would be more fun if people could turn into powerful ghosts, but the yama would complain, and the next thing we know we're all getting pelted with judgement sticks.

A pity, but then again not everyone can be totally amazing like me.

Yeah. Not everyone can.

[ The woman reaches over and ruffles Marisa's hair, and it's like she's an apprentice again, clutching a thin wooden wand - ]

I won't be going anywhere, kid. No way I'm gonna get reincarnated - I've still got humans to take revenge, on after all.

Then where have you been?

Can't tell ya. There's a non-disclosure agreement you have to sign once you're dead. Says right there that you can't reveal the secrets of mortality to you live folk.

Mima-sama!

Hey, I'm a ghost. I'm allowed to be cagey and annoyingly cryptic. Anyway, I'm okay, you're okay, everything's fine, isn't it?

At least drop in to annoy Reimu?

You know me, that's my favourite pastime. No promises, but I'll try.

[ and really, that's all she could ask for. ]

...you'd better.

[ooc: mima and marisa will both respond in comments. mima's dialogue is italicized, whereas marisa's remains normal.]
