[ there's another troll showing up in the mirror tonight. Unlike the others that have already made themselves known in the Gardens, there are a few things that set this one apart. Namely the bright blue fairy wings fluttering on her back, complimented by a dark, damp stain of the same shade down the front of her loud orange shirt. The blue substance (spoilers: it's blood) appears thickest in the middle, in the centre of the sun. The troll looks happy. Possibly. It's hard to say ]
I told you it was difficult to keep a god down. I waaaaaaaarned you. [ she pauses, grinning, fangs on display. She pushes two fingers against the sun on her chest where the fabric's been cut cleanly, looking wholly curious ] I am infuriatingly happy to report that being stabbed in the chest is soooooooo much less painful than bleeding to death, haha! I absolutely have to do something more impressive for my next trick. Maybe I should use my super-strong godly arms to tear my heart out and pound it into an intoxicating cerulean swash against this screen! Pound, pound, pound, pound, pound, pound, pound, pound!
[ there's a spate of laughter, and then her mood seems to shift. She stops playing with the front of her shirt and pulls her hood up, carefully easing it over her horns ] Guess I'm not so repugnant after all. I'm quite pleased with this revelation! [ she looks around, wings twitching ] What planet is this, aaaaaaaanyway? I have to say, it looks disappointingly boring!
