[At first, there is only a tranquil, quiet scene being broadcast. Flowers bobbing gently in the wind, a butterfly floating on the breeze, nothing out of the ordinary. Then a voice is heard, high and sudden. It will be familiar to some, vaguely Australian and somewhere between excited and confused.] Ah, oh! It was real?

Oh, hello! Another cute girl! [Zenobia pauses, remembering that she's married for a few more days, and shouldn't be flirting.]

Um, welcome back? I don't think I got a chance to meet you if you were here before, but I've only been here a little over a month. My name's Zenobia.

[recalls]

[Vanille smiles at that, leans back in toward the mirror.] There are a lot of them here, huh?

[She shakes her head a little.] Nope! I'd remember you, I think! [And a wave hello!] It's nice to meet you! Have you seen my friends? Their names are Hope, Serah, and Lightning.

Yes! That's one thing about this place that is so lovely.

Nice to meet you, too! ...Unfortunately, I haven't met anyone with those names. I hope you can find them.

[recalls]

Oh... [Her face falls a little at that, but she's smiling again in no time.] Well, I'm sure they're around somewhere, or they're on their way. Fang and I were here first last time, too.

[restlessdevil]

Hopefully you're right. And, I mean, I'm meeting new people all the time. It's very possible that I just haven't had the pleasure of meeting them yet.

[recalls]

Then... they might be here? [She brightens up for real now, regaining some of her earlier cheer.] I'll look around! If you see them, let me know, okay?

Lightning and Serah are sisters - they look alike and have pink hair. Hope's short and has pretty silver hair. It's really important that I know they're okay.

[restlessdevil]

I'll keep a look out. The moment I see either of them, I'll put a message out on the vine. Unfortunately, I can't go out on an active search right now, but I'm sure Jessica won't mind if I take an hour or two this afternoon and look.

[recalls]

Thanks! Oh, umm... they weren't here before, but my other friends, Snow and Sazh? They might have come. Have you met them? I'm not sure what they would look like here... [She tilts her head to one side, taps a finger against her lips.] They're boys at home, like Hope was, but I guess they wouldn't be here.

[restlessdevil]

I hate to disappoint again, but those names aren't familiar to me either. But I'll keep my eyes peeled for them as well.

...So, some people here... used to be boys? ... ... ... That's... almost... unnerving.

[recalls]

[Her shoulders slump, but only slightly.] It's okay, I didn't think they'd be here.

Oh! Well, you see... I remember Hope as a boy, but when he... she ... got here, she said she'd always been a girl. She's not too different, other than that. It's something the Queen does, I guess!

[restlessdevil]

Hmmm... I'd heard that other dimensions can be very similar to one another with very small changes... I wonder if that's the case? Or... yeah, I guess it's probable that this is the Queen's doing.

[recalls]

That's what someone told me before, too. Maybe she just picks people from the dimensions where they're girls? [Aaaand now she's off in imaginationland.] Does that mean there's a boy me somewhere?

I think you're just fine as a girl. So I'm not going to think about that.

[She laughs.] That's probably for the best!
