[Nepeta had been in significantly higher moods ever since Equius had arrived. Beautiful as the gardens were, and as happy as she was to be meeting new people, especially ones who were so nice, not having her moirail around had been like missing a part of who she was. Now if only Terezi and Karkat were here--and all the others as well. Then things would be just perfect, but as things were?
She could be happy with this. Between Equius, Kanaya, and all the new friends she was making she honestly did not feel like she was lacking anymore.
The sun had begun to go down not too long ago and Nepeta was exploring the northern edge of the Gardens, a place she had yet to venture into. She was down on all fours, scouting the area and taking in the new smells. As this place was ever expanding, there were always new places to go to that made her adventurer's very content indeed!
Not to far in the distance she could see the silhouette of some building. Probably someone's hive. Curiosity got the better of her, and she began to make her way towards it.]n
