Oh!

That would be Eelektross, native to the Unova Region. Despite known as the EleFish Pokémon, they aren't actually part Water! They're, in fact, entirely Electric. They electrocute their prey to immobilize it and then use crushing jaws to devour it.

[ Her Eelektross pops its head out of the water and Cynthia whistles and nods at it; it dips back under.

A few seconds later, there is a light glow under the surface and a soothing presence. Out of the water pops a Milotic.]
