[So, you're in the orchards for some reason. Maybe you're exploring or just taking a walk. Maybe you're gathering food. Maybe you're lost and you wound up there by mistake. No matter what the reason, you're there, though, and you've come across a certain pair of trees.]
[Now, there's nothing unusual about this trees themselves. It's what's between them that's odd. It looks like a spider web, only it's huge, with threads like piano wires. Game birds of varying sizes are stuck on these threads, some twitching and struggling, some already dead. But there's no way there's a spider that big in the gardens, right?]
[WRONG.]
[Look up. Now to your left. Hiding in the branches of one of the trees is, indeed, a spider of gigantic proportions, its body as long as a man is tall. It looks a bit like
this little thing, only distinctly more monstrous. And now it's climbing down to its web.]
