So Sunday...
Engine Down was fantastic. I know I said I was in love with the lead singer of Ima Robot, but at present there is only room in my heart for Keeley Davis... I take that back, there's a little room for Cornbread Compton as well.
A.R.E. Weapons were funny in hindsight. At the time they were terrifying, and they smelled. I have never been so genuinely afraid of being injured by a performer. Not cool. A girl in the crowd asked the "singer" for his arm band to which he replied, "Dime bag? We don't sell pot," and walked away.
Hot Hot Heat's set made me really unhappy, and I don't want to talk about it. All I'll say is if I ever see that girl again I'm going to punch her in the face. For real. I'm not kidding.
So this guy sent me his head shot and resumé. He looks like Adam Levine and he was a featured extra in The Royal Tanenbaums...He's totally hired.
It's raining right now, and that's awesome.
