Lame
Wow, some crazy things have happened this week. Lemme just say that some people are idiots.
This guy (I think his name is Phillip) and his friend, were talking and joking, saying that they were going to shoot up the school. Hey, I have no problem with that. Freedom of speech yada, yada yada. But then the dumbass had to go and post that stuff onto his Myspace bulletin. So all his friends saw it. One of them ran to the Admin, saying he was going to shoot the school! Oh no!
So the big bad administrators go and arrest the kid, saying they didn't find any guns and whatnot, but they have everything under control.
Lame.
So they upped police security, and they put us on lockdown. No one could leave the classrooms (which is totally false cause people were leaving, and going off here and there).
Then when I got home, I went onto my school's website, and I heard the whole story.
The dude and his friend heard it from someone else. So they were just joking, but there is someone else who was/is really planning to shoot up the school. And it's not just one kid, oh no, it's like 5 or 6 of them. Scary.
Here's the stupid part.
They brodcasted this shit to everyone, it was all over the news and whatnot. So now, there actually may be a shooting because of some buckin' young gun who thinks it'll be "gangsta" to do that. I'm pissed! They haven't even caught the real kid. So, on Tuesday...there's like totally going to be high alert. I swear.
I understand that there have been like 4 school shootings in the past 2 weeks (not at my school), and that everyone is on high alert, but come on. People need to rethink things. They're about this totally wrong. They don't have the right kid. I have no idea who the real kid is. I'm going on what I hear from the message board.
