I'm Home!
Had a wonderful time in gorgeous weather (this icky grey around here has got to go!)
And once again proved that I cannot travel without injuring myself. Tripped up over a curbstone and am now typing one handed: the left wrist is in a brace. I think, though, I could get used to visiting Florida in the winter!
Saw several locals down for the opening day, visited with Mary Ann, Patrick, Bedlam, Squire Brandy (!) and saw the Free Lancers (busy, you know!)
Other sights seen: Ivanovich. Craig of Farrington, Merry Wenches of Windsor, Isaac Fawlkes, MOM, Cantigua, and met with several wenches from the guild, and rogues travelling as I was. Grin. Was recognized by some crafters that I've chatted with/bought from at other faires. That's a nice little ego-boost (to be that memorable!)
Got a pledge for the MSFB raffle from a vendor, and met (by happenstance) a couple from my own town who so like the idea of the Ball that they say they're going to bring their whole office.... we'll see. I will follow up, though.
