Totally agree with you.
This must be regulated by law not with personal attacks. It's two different cases, not one. First if about stalkers who follows they're victims everywhere and even beating them. Second one is about Jaejoong attacking his victim.

I can understand Jae and even justify his actions because he did everything to keep his privacy. But it's not 21th century's way to deal with such things. I don't think that Jaejoong is vicious person who loves to smack people on daily case but if it's the only way to save himself I can understand him. But I can't understand Korean government - they must make some law for this cases and everything will be clear. Stalkers will go to jail or asylum for their actions, even Jaejoong will be judged legally for his violent actions.

P.S. I don't think he will punch you if you'll meet him on the street and ask nicely about autograph. Most stalker just follow them around with taxis and I think most part of them can be recognized by their victims. It's not like they're hiding their faces from their victims...
