It was a long time ago then.
When Yoochun had slinked past the halls, afraid to catch a glimpse of his elusive father.
Yoochun was a scared little boy.
He was spoiled no doubt, showered with presents and gifts and insane demands met with, without even a flicker in their eyes.
He remembered once, when he was 6 and demanded that he own a Carousel.
His father wasn't angry, just amused as he took over one of the leading theme parks in those days.
Sometimes Yoochun had wished, that even in a fit of anger his father hit him.
Because at least that way he would know his father cared.
Something, anything.
Now as the older man looked at him, Yoochun wished that his father had left him the fuck alone.
"what do you want?" he asked his voice curt and sharp.
"Yoochun, you cannot be foolish as to why?"
His father's voice still held amusement.
"I've nothing to do with this family father!" the last words aid with utter contempt.
Dae jung smirked at his son, the boy was still as foolish as he had been when younger.
"however your petition for the custody of your younger brother suggests differently"
Yoochun simply gaped at his father, trying to reign in his varying emotions to a calm mask.
"You are not fit enough to be a father"
Dae jung gave a throaty laugh as a response.
"and that is the reason" he asked, "how will you prove that in court?"
"I am already a father"
Yoochun uttered these words without a second thought.
Maybe he was saying that just to win an argument, or maybe just to end the conversation.
But the way Dae jung's eyes widened, almost comically, stared slack jawed at his son.
Yoochun had never seen his father loose his image so easily.
"What?" he echoed.
"What the hell?" Yoochun though to himself, what had prompted him to utter such lies in the presence of this man.
Yoochun had almost stumbled out of his house after shocking his father into silence.
He was proud of the fact that after years of practice he had managed to hide his true feeling's remarkably.
"You have a child?" Dae jung echoed, his face turning an ugly shade of puce, "Well that doesn't mean you make a good..."
"Doesn't matter" Yoochun said stubbornly "I will always be a better person than you are"
In a way Yoochun was happy, he had thrown Dae jung off track completely, now he would be too caught up in trying to figure out Yoochun's imaginary lover and child instead of trying to ruin his life at every corner.
Or so he hoped.

"C'mon" the voice sounded suspiciously close to her ears, warm breath over it "It will be fun"
YooNa rolled her eyes, even though she was pretty sure the other man couldn't see it in the dark.
“C’mon what?” she asked, her voice tinged with part annoyance and disbelief, “you can’t be serious!”
She could barely make out the flash of his very-white teeth as he said “you, YooNa should live a little” and started off with a sprint.
YooNa let out an exasperated breath and she too ran to catch up.
It was Changmin’s idea of course, when both of them were drowning their third cup of coffee for the very exhausting night duty at the hospital.
“Lets race” he said enthusiastically “we should race to who can cover the maximum patients, that way we get work done and its fun”
YooNa wanted to protest, immediately “we can check each other’s work for mistakes, that way its doubt the quality and double the fun”
For a minute she wondered what a good salesman Changmin would make.
It wasn’t as though YooNa found it annoying, on the contrary catching glimpses of his smiling face seemed to give her more energy.
“All done” Changmin said grinning, thumping YooNa on her back.
She was supposed to grimace, yet her features softened immediately when she saw the slightly younger man. “Why are you so annoying?” she asked, he simply grinned and tugged her hand.
“I won, you owe me ramen”
And the brief moment that his palms gripped her wrist, she swore she could feel electricity shooting up her skin.
She smiled giddily
“sure” she breathed.

Tiffany was having what could be described as a brain numbingly boring day. She doodled on the paper as she hummed under her breath.
Her boss, Yunho was having an almost off day.
As off as her workaholic boss could probably have.
Of course this too wasn’t without the heavy strings of business attached to it.
He was in a meeting with Lee Yoon Ji, another business heiress no doubt.
But she was apparently her boss’s childhood friend, dressed in casual attire and a beaming smile she stepped into the room.
And immediately her boss had gone ahead and cancelled his meetings for the rest of the day.
Tiffany couldn’t help but feel a twinge of anger.
She didn’t know much about her boss’s personal life.
He wasn’t the one to talk and she wasn’t the type to gossip.
She knew he was married, some kind of arrangement with another business partner.
A quiet man at that, for what ever glimpses she had of Jaejoong, a beautiful one.
She had hoped that her boss would change, of who could be married to someone so breathtakingly lovely and still come relentlessly to the office.
She thought that of she had been married to Jaejoong she wouldn’t have comeback to the office ever.
To that man, of doe eyes and red red lips she would willingly be a slave of.
But her boss- butter wouldn’t melt in his mouth!- came back the very next day, without a change in emotion or a flicker of change in his stone hard eyes.
And he had come to the office too.
Bearing boxes of packed lunch, looking nervous like a startled deer.
But her boss didn’t change, even longer hours, more tedious work and stayed in his office cooped up more than going home.
And now, he was willing to cancel all his meetings for some strange woman who he had just met.
Jaejoong was having a bad day.
He had gotten sick yet again and spend most of the day with a pounding head ache and a back ache.
Combined with a nasty phone call from his mother and tedious day at the book store, he was seething than tired.
His routine of cooking Yunho lunch had long died out long since, he tentatively tried doing it again, but with his exhaustion and unresolved anger towards Yunho had burned the lunch to a crisp.
He didn’t know why he decided to visit his husband nevertheless.
His secretary looked shocked to seehim.
“Yunho shi is in a meeting” she tried to tell him as he stormed into the room nevertheless.
The woman was pretty- The one that sat in the chair with a file across her lap smiling at Yunho.
Dark hair and heavy lashes, a cute face rather than anything sexy he thought- could have worn a more recent outfit though at the raising hemline of her dress.
Yunho was laughing at something she said stopped abruptly, Jaejoong was pleased to see the brief fear that flashed through his face at Jaejoong’s stern expression.
“And you are?” he asked, not hiding the displeasure in his voice.
The woman looked alarmed at Jaejoong’s audacity, before she could respond in kind Yunho stepped in.
“Ah Ji yoon-ah this is Jaejoong”, Jaejoong’s eyes flashed at the tone of affection he had used.
“We are going out for lunch” he said abruptly and walked out of the room. He had no patience for Yunho stupid fan girls or his attempts at reconciliation.
Tiffany watched in amusement as Yunho bid a hasty good bye to his enraged childhood friend in a fancy gown, chasing after his husband who stormed ahead.
“Finally” she thought grinning as she continued doodling with a grin on her face.
