AHAHAAA Hardison/Eliot/Parker with a baby would be HILARIOUS. Parker would refuse to hold the baby or be anywhere near it because they kind of freak her out, Hardison would be awesome at burping and naptimes but horrible at diaper changes, and Eliot would just stress and stress and stress himself out doing everything--building the safest crib in existence, safest high chair, taste-testing all of the baby food, cooking new baby food when he thinks gerber has insufficient nutrients, etc etc.

Until finally Hardison settles little Maya down for a nap and sits both their asses down, explains that the best thing they can do for the baby is love her, shows them all he's learned about babies growing up in the foster system, and chills them the fuck out. When Maya wakes up he shows Eliot how to change her diapers ("You've seen blood and guts, man! How is this worse!") and shows Parker how to support her head ("Like a very fragile thing that you stole."). Eliot actually is hella awesome at burping too, and Parker kicks ass at lullabies and hand-made mobiles (they dangle from the ceiling, just like Parker).

Later on is when Hardison has his freak out, just kind of slumps down the wall and puts his head in his hands, and Parker and Eliot sit next to him and Parker rests her head on his shoulder while Eliot wraps him up in a sideways hug, and Eliot's the one who says, "Hey. This baby is never going to feel like she doesn't have a family." And Parker says, "She's already so, so loved. We'll be okay."

And they totally, totally are.
