.........I just got an interview at a bookstore ten minutes after sending in my application/cover letter.
I feel a little bit weird about the job, tbh. I almost didn't send in my application. It's a twenty minute drive, one way, which isn't so bad except it's in the middle of town and state fair season is coming up...okay that's a pretty petty reason. They're vague on their job description about how much the pay is ("depending on experience"--of which I have very little), and I would have to work Saturdays, which obliterates a lot (maybe even the entirety) of writing club.
But. It would be a job that uses the vast library of books in my brain thanks to my major. It would be A job. It would give me experience...
why can't people just give me money for being myself or hey reading/writing fanfiction and/or watching tv rrhghgh
Another random possible downside is the rumor that one of my co-workers? Would be Truck Door Girl.
