I actually casually watched the first two or three episodes with some friends last summer when it was just starting to air, but we all sort of lost interest when we were out of each others' immediate presences and the communal heckling and cat-calling was not there to distract us from the MTV-ness of it all. But for fandom, I guess I will give it another shot.

I have a theory that you really need to watch with people and/or liveblog while you do watch, because it is seriously sometimes SO BAD that you need confirmation that you aren't seeing things. BUT. THE FIC (so far) IS GOOD. The eyecandy wooooah it's plentiful. STILES IS WORTH EVERY PAINFUL SECOND OTHER PEOPLE AREN'T ON SCREEN. And the ships are basically boundless. (Tombolguid and I are convinced someone needs to slap a collar on Jackson and we aren't actually particular about who it is.)

My dad kind of likes teen wolf. Which. I did not expect. But there you go~

I am not judging you, bb, this is a judge free zone. I do encourage you to try the peter threesome fic, though, which i also avoided for the longest time because like you said CREEPTASTIC. But then I realized there is not a single character on this show (no, not even stiles) who hasn't done morally ambiguous/creepy pasta things. PLUS, with the au factored in, Peter with Stiles in his pack does waaaay better than Peter with Scott. Also it's really just smokin' hot porn. :D

Hmmmm. Well, the porn is kind of mindfucking in the sense that it's all powerplay and pack dynamics, but it's all consenting and I was waaaay less skeeved than I expected to be? Idk, at the end of it I was kind of bummed it hadn't turned out like this in the show (not threesome necessarily but Peter was just going after people who'd murdered his family. Just in a crazycakes way.)

OKAY SO. Once upon a time there was apparently a pretty bad B-rated horror movie called Teen Wolf. And nooooow there is a show based on that movie. It's about this teenager, Scott, who gets bitten by a werewolf and he has to deal with all that shit on top of being a hormonal teen....wait, okay, actually, someone has done up a whole Why You Should Watch Teen Wolf thing and it's muuuuch better than anything I could write up.

I WHOLE-HREATEDLY SUGGEST WATCHING WITH OTHER PEOPLE IF YOU DO WATCH IT, SO YOU CAN TURN TO THEM AND GO "WHAAAAAT" WHEN YOU NEED TO. IT HELPS.
