Why does Kit Harington always look like someone has just stabbed his puppy in the face and called it a bastard? HI SORRY YOU ARE ONE OF TWO OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE IN THIS PICTURE (AND ALSO THE WORLD) AND I HAVE NEVER ONCE SEEN YOU SMILE.

Now that you mention it, his smile is sort of just his lips... extending horizontally...

imaginarycircus just linked to this one (pic 16) if it doesn't link directly) and Awww. Maybe he doesn't smile that often to have BIGGER IMPACT when he does.

^__________^

Or he's on the good drugs, whichever.

Woah, I don't even recognize him! Then again, that may be because the crazy orange glow is conflicting with my perception of him as a pasty fantasy!Scottish lad.

LOL Is he really Scottish? I've given up guessing who has what nationality on that show, because when we watch the behind the scenes stuff I'm always WRONG.

P.S. Mom just made me look up pictures of the Cabin Pressure cast. I hope you're happy with yourself.

Lol, he's not Scottish, I meant that I consider Jon Snow and the Starks to be 'fantasy!Scottish' because they are from THE NORTH and they're all about being prepared to ROUGH IT through the HARD TIMES and the when I watched the first episode my brain went to Scotland before I could really stop myself and now that's how I think of them, even though Song of Ice and Fire land is supposed to be the size of like South America or something crazy like that.

Also, I think Tolkien has conditioned me to equate fantasy lands with areas of Britain, but whatever.

Oh, definitely! The Starks are Scottish, the Lanisters are the inbred English monarchy, and the horsey people are the Native Americans from across the ocean. In my mind. I'm not sure if George RR Heartless wants us to draw parallels or not. I try not to think about this show very hard because I'm sure smarter people than I am will tell me I'm wrong.
