Ok, so I'm KIND of sheepish. I don't normally vanish for weeks on end, really (that's totally a lie), but man, work has been fucking slaughtering me lately, and I was sick for two weeks with no time off, and I just got the first two seasons of The Wire, and um. Well, all of that has conspired to keep me mostly off of livejournal and on the couch with my blanket and teddybear. SORRY.
But at least on Saturday I dragged myself out of my exile for long enough to spend a wonderful night out with the amazing feminesque , futureperfect and novemberjuliet . Those girls ROCK. We ate Malaysian food and then charmed terrorised charmed the gorgeous bartender at Chloe's (Cleo's?) bar. Oh, fuck, you guys. He was so cute. A little dense, perhaps (YOU DON'T FUCK UP feminesque 's GIN, OK) but fucking adorable and somewhat Walt-like (GUYS. Am I mis-remembering that? He had certain Walt-esque features, right? It wasn't the cider talking?) WONDERFUL. <33333

You all now need to tell me all the stuff I've missed. You HAVE to! Any Brad/Ray been posted? Any Nate/Ray? Any Walt/Anyone? Tell meeeee. I've already dabbled in the 25 Things meme ( Ray/Walt dom/sub WHO IS SURPRISED?), and also the latest we_pimpin drabble post (ALSO Ray/Walt dom/sub I HAVE A THING OK). let me know if I've missed anything else awesome!
Also, let me know how you all are! I've missed you. Last year I could have disappeared from LJ for a few weeks and only my very loyal readers (<3) would have noticed. This year I feel like I've made a bunch of new friends and it kind of sucks more to not be around. Tell me how you are. Tell me how you've been. Tell me something exciting that's happened. Tell me a joke. Tell me a story.
As for me? I've been writing! I have about 10000 words of my BB typed up, and more in my notebook. AND. I've written another mini fic for the drabble post which I'm about to type up. AND. I've been having all these crazy ideas about a Walt/Catwoman Selina Kyle/Ray Walt/Ray fic that is completely INSANE but would be SO FUN OH MY GOD.

OH YEAH! And after a loss, a draw and another loss, my football team finally got it's mojo back yesterday and won by NINETY-FOUR POINTS! It was beautiful. If I had a choice between Thomas* the bartender spread out across his bar and watching that win, I'd take the win ANY day. UGH. So amazing.
