Another Pomegranate Tang update
over here! I'm going to a Christmas party tonight, and I've made the best salad anyone has ever made, ever. I did slow roasted tomatoes (cut a bunch of cherry tomatoes in half, sprinkled with olive oil, salt, sugar and oregano, put them in a 220 degreee oven, turned the oven OFF and left them like that all night - thanks, Nigella!), then threw them on a bed of baby spinach and rocket, added a ton of bambino boccincini cheese, and made a dressing out of the oil left over from the tomatoes and some lemon juice. Holy crap, I want to go devour it RIGHT NOW. Also, I made pomegranate ice cream the other night, and I'm taking that to the party as well, with mini ice cream cones. I'll never be mistaken for a domestic goddess, but Nigella gets me close.
