Ok, this is pissing me off so much I have to blog about it. Some of you may know that, on occasion, I enjoy spending ten hours at a time playing the Sims. Those little dudes and their little worlds and their FURNATURE and their BABIES just completely enrapture me, guys. I make lesbian couple after lesbian couple and give them awesome outfits and make them marry and have children, who go to university and...anyway. I'm getting a bit excited. ANYWAY. I've got all the expansion packs, but I've lost the disk that goes with the latest one (FreeTime) and now the game won't load AT ALL. It needs THAT PARTICULAR DISK. I have about twenty other game disks for it to choose from, but no. I even re-installed one of the old packs, but it was like "NO, INSERT FREETIME OR YOUR COMPUTER WILL SELF DESTRUCK DO IT DO EEEET". ARRRRRRGH. I've searched high and low! I think it has accidentally ended up in a random cd case which I may have then put in a box in the attic along with all my other cds that I've got on iTunes now. I'm. Going. INSANE. MUST PLAY GOD SIMS!
Phew. Good to get that out.
Also, I have this weekend off. I slept today until 11:30 (which is why the 'things you did today" question is kind of clutching at straws). I hate my job so much I'm thinkING about ACTUALLY setting the place on fire. God save me.
