Went Marching In
Wooo, today's a public holiday, which means everyone else in the world gets the day off and I get an hour sleep in. Fuck retail! But hey, I did appreciate the sleep.
I haven't got pics yet, guys, but yesterday I got a Bob doll to go with my Frank doll. They can run around fighting...crime, or whatever it is 'rock action heroes' are supposed to do. They're very awesome, except they've been made all the same size, and the idea of a) Frank being as big as Bob or b) Bob being as small as Frank is really amusing. Laws of nature are there for a reason!
Let's see, what else is exciting. St. Kilda won the preseason Cup on Saturday, and while the preseason cup is pretty pointless (the team who won it last year went on to get the wooden spoon in the real cup), it's always good to see my boys happy and smiling after a win. I have a new Team Boyfriend, too. David Armitage, will you be mine? GUYS, he's only NINETEEN. HSAGFDHSGLAEFM. My god, teenage football players are hot.
Speaking of teenage football players, I got my season one of FNL the other day, but I already promised it to my boss, and then to _seraphina_ so it might take me a while to get through them. I did have time to watch the first episode twice, though. And yes. I cried both times. OH COACH TAYLOR. COOOOOOAACH.
Um. UMMMMM. I've just been working a lot and losing track of days like usual, and also I think I forgot to pay a phone bill somehow because my phone isn't working, but I'm doing pretty good! I've got V fest coming up, and Smashing Pumpkins (!!!!!) and Trav's birthday, and the Easter long weekend and things are looking up! Yay!
