Ever see the movie Idiocracy where in 500 years the stupid people have out-bred the smart people? People like this make me fear that movie may have been more prophecy than comedy.

Not yet, but I totally believe it.
A German politician got into trouble because he stated some things which are extremely political incorrect (but which reflect what many people are thinking) and one of those things was that Germany would get more stupid every year because the only people which are breeding are the uneducated unemployed masses living on social welfare while the working middle class cannot afford to have children
