end of 2nd day-
after getting off internet, went upstairs to change, met up with claire and kelly in Newmarkt to go for food, went to italian, shared pizza's, walked around, came back to our hostel and played cards with a mix of vodka and pepsi, played aggresive snap and spoons and charades, sooo fun, actors had to make the other guess the South Park movie, Minasoda, Blanket, Just dance song. They left about 1 ish, we got ready to get to bed, weird hippy girl below Lisa started slapping herself, we were all really scared, the new Swiss girls had never seen this she, proper was beating herself for a bit, then stopped and we all fell asleep. Lisa and I got up at 9.30, packed and left at 10 to get metro to Holen..shaft? then shuttle bus to hostel, found it really nice, a real hippy place, the guy at the desk was very nice, we have the green room that has banana adverts printed on the walls lol. only 4 beds for girls, one girl was already there, the room needed cleaning so we went for a wonder, there were hammucks, I didn't really enjoy it lol, went to the lounge with a nice cup of tea, these indian/american guys working on computer games as a job in Germany talked to us, had a fun chat, they propose we meet up some time tonight or tomorrow to drink and hang out, hmmmmm, i dunno. we went back to the room, did make-up, eeek we counted our money to see how much we've spent, I have only spent a little more than Lisa, but it came out to only 5 euro difference, eek, plan on going to museums tomorrow cos we have to travel a little further and it was later in the day, so now we just want to walk through the jewish qtr and see where our feet take us. we plan on being as stingy as we can with money, maybe just coming back to the hostel for some cereal and food we can buy from the counter lol. last day in amsterdam tomorrow, aww i'm going to miss it, the terrifying cyclists, the ladies in windows looking bored, the induendic shops that sell the two main themes of the city, weed and sex lol. Mostly just having a lot to look, stare and laugh at, with a good friend beside me. Right now we are on the computers at the hostel desk waiting for the shuttle that will come in 10 mins, we've been waiting about 20. lets see whats around the corner...
