Ack. I hate it when stuff messes up and I can't fix it! Lately, it's been this stupid computer-- I SWEAR there has got to be SOMETHING wrong with it! Why do I think there's something wrong with it? Well..
- Microsoft Paint started to have an "invalid page fault" thing going on with it, and now we can't run it. We probably should reinstall, but I'm too chicken to delete it and stuff. I wish I had a technician here.
- Today, the computer WOULD NOT boot up like it normally does! You know that little blue and white bar thingy at the bottom that moves? It froze. Sucks, ne? So I had to start in Safe Mode (where I did a virus scan. Nothing wrong, it said). Then I restarted and it ALMOST stopped AGAIN, but LUCKILY it went on to Windows.
- We're taking up about 1/3 of a 9 gig harddrive. Is this causing a problem in terms of speed, etc?
Anyhoo, that's what's been happening with this infernal thing. I think we should defrag (it would make the comp faster) and then make a backup copy with that Hewlett Packard disk thingy. But enough about computers...
Today was a spiff day at school, as per the usual. Classes went smooth, and I have a quiz in Computer Application class tomorrow (shouldn't be too hard! I mean, come on! How hard can it be to identify hardware and six types of software and junk, dude?). I have other stuff this week too. Ah.. let's see..
Latin II is boring, and so is Bible (in which I have a WONDERFUL weekly assignment every.. um.. week.
