I just thought that since it had been a while since I've updated I'd update a little.
I'm doing a lot better than I have been. While I know that when I go off the meds things might be crazy, I know that I can handle them.
My self-confidence and self-esteem right now are really high. I've been manic more times in the last 72 hours than I have cried. That's a dramatic up.
Thank you to all of you who keep making me feel great and worth it and stuff. It's helping, I promise.
