Strange that I would actually write something like this. It's my English class it is doing strange things to me. Well I have a feeling that I heard the jinglish part of the Poem somewhere before but I can't recollect where for the life of me. So if I stole it from some famous author I'm sorry. The rest though I'd say is all me.
Untitled
The lady hath had her way
In all that I do and say
Her lips do play a knavish game
of which there is little relief.
The delicate arch of her neck
a russet tower far from man.
And the air that escapes her breast
a wraith incense toward ecstasy.
Her golden flesh is honeyed oil
not to anoint but scorch and sear.
The tempting black curls of her head
are snares lacing about the heart.
And the curve of that ruthless jaw
holds disdain for humanity.
Her cerulean eyes catch flame
hiding heavens stars of gold leaf.
The touch of her cruel hand will wreck
as only heartless demons can.
And when her cheek does flush unrest
the scarlet heat is clear to see.
The lady hath had her way
In all that I do and say
Composed by me today! ^_^
A little silly. Yeah god knows I'm not much of a poet but I guess I needed to get some emotions out of my system.
