I was just thinking yesterday about how I never blog anymore. It's very sad. So I decided to start blogging again. I know I said that last time but that's okay. Cause this time I mean it. Last time I was only sort of meaning it.
Anyway...
I've been exercising and focusing on general healthiness as of late. I started doing weight watchers (not hardcore, like going to meetings and stuff, just on my own) because I wanted to lose some weight and learn how to eat healthier. And like I said, I've even started exercising. Which is pretty abnormal for me. Usually, I hate exercise, which hasn't changed, but I make it a little more bearable by watching a movie or something while I'm on my treadmill. Yesterday I went 50 minutes. And then another 10-15 just working with some weights and doing crunches.
I've learned a few things. For example:
Sandwiches are the most versatile food. Honestly. You can eat them with bread, 1 slice, two slices, open-faced, folded over, or as a wrap with a tortilla. You can eat them hot or cold. You can have white or wheat bread, or a dozen other varieties. They can be completely vegetarian, they can have cheese, or meat, a combination, or all three. There are a variety of different spreads, and you can also just use spreads, like peanut butter and jelly or honey, or a banana. You can eat them alone, or eat them as a side. They can be super healthy or very unhealthy. They are really the most versatile food. And thus they have become a staple in my diet. Especially Subway. I don't know what I would do without it.
