We're buying a townhouse. In Rocklin. I'm so very very excited, but I'm really scared too. As soon as I can get through to someone at the development I'm taking over the loan paperwork so that they can get to processing it. We wanted to go with our own lender, but when they'll take 30K off the asking price and do all the window treatments for free how am I going to say no. And the rates are comprable too. I havn't got any pictures yet but we got to walk through yesterday and its lovely. I'll see if I can talk them into letting me take some pictures when I take the paperwork in today.
