PICNIC PARTY DETAILS:
Why:
Anna has turned 19 and wants an excuse to meet up with everyone.
When:
18th November, 12am - whenever
Where:
Weston Park
Presents:
Only your wonderful company and a plate of food/nibbles/drink
What to Bring:
• Any form of entertainment you think may be fun at a picnic!
• Any picnic rugs you may have.
• Plate of food/nibbles/drink
• Music, I’ll be bringing a CD player but if you want to bring CDs you are most welcome to!
Food:
This will be a BBQ, I’ll provide a whole heap of sausages and bread and sauces. It would be great if I could get some people to bring:
• Drinks - LOTS AND LOTS of drinks!
• Other random BBQing stuff eg steak or kebabs
• Salads/fruit/healthy stuff
• Chocolate/chips/unhealthy stuff
Other random info:
• This is VERY casual and hopefully a big group of people will be there. Feel free to bring anyone else along just keep in mind that most of us are crazy and normal people may be scared.
• I know some of you wonderful people are still in school (I'm sorry this had to be on a school day!) but please join us when you've finished for the day! It will be great to see you again!
• Wear an outfit that allows for running/climbing/playing on children’s equipment.
• Be prepared to eat well, chat a lot and have a wonderfully fun day!
COULD YOU PLEASE REPLY and say whether or not you’re coming and what you are bringing so we don’t have 40 bottles of soft drink and no food ^-^ Thanks guys!
