A FEW NOTES FROM YOUR MODERATOR:
-In response to several requests from American participants and readers, posting of queenbitchfest stories will be suspended for Thanksgiving tomorrow (Thursday). I apologize to those of you who won't be celebrating, but given the traditions associated with this holiday, it's safe to assume that many people will not be online at all. I don't want anyone to feel like their fic was posted on a "dead" day, so instead Thursday will serve as a catch up day for all participants to read anything they've missed in the first flush of posts.
-Posting will recommence Friday morning.
-All delinquent writers now have until Friday at 11:59 pm to turn in their stories to be eligible for posting on Amnesty day. Amnesty day, which will happen on Saturday, allows everyone who missed the initial deadline to have their work posted and considered part of the fic. I encourage all of you who fell just short to get your stories to me by then.
-As this fest prizes anonymity, I would appreciate it if you refrained from posting any theories or hints as to authorship in a public forum. I know half of the fun of anonymous stories is guessing the author, but people have complained about being "outed" -- which is something, as you all know, that we believe should be consensual.
IF YOU LIKE THE FEST SO FAR, PLEASE DO TELL YOUR FRIENDS. We are showcasing stories from some of the biggest names in Idol fandom, and everyone deserves heaps of comments for their hard work.
