Summer Semester

The summer semester started this week. I think I'll like all of my classes. I like all of my instructors. I don't want to speak too early about my 2-D design class because I hate making things. I just don't like crafts and that's what this class feels like it will be. But the instructor, Jenna is really nice. The class actually proved eventful yesterday. A boy's shirt caught on fire. It wasn't too bad, just a hole in the shirt.

The museum I volunteer at has an opening tonight. The exhibit is called The Family Experience: Deconstruction and Reconstruction. It started out as a thing for people from abusive (mostly emotionally) families, so that's the subject of a lot of the pieces. I don't know if that's still the overall theme. There is a lot of great art in the show. The exhibit ended up taking up the whole museum instead of the one gallery it was supposed to use. I can't wait to see how it came together.

I'm at work right now and there is absolutely nothing to do. Exactly how I like it ;)
