My job hunt is not going well. I have applied to lots (and pah grr and bah humbug to all the idiot people to whom Im related who keep telling me I'm just not trying) but most have now got back to me (all on the same day which is exceedingly good for morale) to say they dont want me for interview. Bastards. If Mars and Cadburys weren't among them I would definitely be on a boycott. From recent experience at jobs for which I'm sure I was overqualifed (and at the job for which I wasn't, but desperately wanted) I have decided I probably also don't interview well. And daddy says I dont dress properly either. Im not sure someone with the wrong image who cant fill out forms and doesnt interview well can actually ever get a job. (or one that doesn't involve being a secretary anyway. Apparently lots of people want me for that). If I don't get on a training scheme this year, I'm going to have to pick a career path, and I really REALLY don't want to have to do that. On the plus side however, I am (probably singlehandedly) bolloksing up Oxford's employment statistics.
