getting bumped to a later, slower flight with a connection and long layover
dealing with faulty entertainment on the plane
no boarding pass for air canada
going through customs twice for canada and then america
and thoroughly rubbing the skin off the back of my feet because i wore new flats
oh and getting 525 pounds to make up for my trouble, thanks ba
