well my long weekend turned into a long week. I foundout last friday that my grandfather, my dad's dad, passed away that morning. Yes I am upset, but not the way most people would expect. To make a very long story short, my grandfather kicked us out of the "family" because my mother would not take his verbal abuse and my dad his physical abuse

The good that came from this is that you did get to reconnect with your grandmother, and she got to see your amzingly wonderful family. In that i am happy for you. I do hope Tigger is back to his bouncy best soonest, love! It is rotten when a baby is sick, cause you fel so helpless to make them understand that this too shall pass. Much love!
