My apartment in Seattle is going to be vacant next month. I am having the wood floors refinished and then will be looking for a new tennant for Aug 15th or Sep 1st. It is a large one bedroom in a 1910 building, with a clawfoot tub and shower, bay windows and period detailing. On Capitol Hill on 15th Ave near Group
