Good Omens my pretties

Today was the first day where my job did not suck. You're all thinking, 'Finally, she'll shut up about her job!' Well if you could have seen me there diligently... reading a book for pleasure, you'd understand from where the enjoyment actually stemmed. Since I've taken to a desk job like a duck to merchant banking, I've become much more creative with how I view things, seeing as how I have 6h out of 7.5h (minus 1.5 for the time I nap on the job) to occupy anything with.

Although two good things came of today.

1. Something I found randomly: (Managers note on website) The Florida Parks Service has temporarily closed Black Rock Trail at Big Talbot Island State Park. It is anticipated the trail will remain closed for approx. three weeks while park staff and Tallahassee AmeriCorps members remove an abandoned shrimp boat and clean up associated debris scattered along the popular beach.

2. Something I found funny: (For Dustin Rothenberg)
"Were you in Vietnam?"
"No, worse. New Jersey."

However, I still plead my next case (regardless of temporary happi... uh, slight comfort the previous two granted me): Does anyone know of a large brick wall, can be red or other colors, I can charge at full speed with my face? I feel that would really solve my problems by setting me straight. I mean come on, life can only get better after getting a broken nose and smashed teeth from a tete-a-wall and still hold a shred of dignity.

It has been said that civilization is twenty-four hours and two meals away from barbarism. Which is precisely why I don't wear a watch and frequently skip meals.
