I got my cell phone back on Monday. YAY...NOT ! Haley called me at work and was like wow your phone is really shiny. Im like no...no its not. Then shes like oh thats cause they sent you a new one. I was pissed. I lost over 100 contacts, ringtones..that I had paid for, my high scores on the games. WTF ! I called the place in Pekin and raised some hell. The guy was like most people would be happy to get a new phone. Im like sure would if they had everything trans over. I was like FU and F this. So I called the 800 number for US Cell and you know it I raised some more hell. Want to know how it turned about...

"Hi Denielle this is Bob, Julie told me the issue that you are having let me make sure i have it right."
Denielle- "Ok Bob go ahead.'
Bob- So you had 3 ringtones and you have paid for them, you got a new phone and you now have nothing ? Am I correct ?"
Denielle- "Sure are Bob...how are you going to fix this?"
Bob-"Well Denielle, go ahead and download 3 ringtones, and then call back in a few days and we will credit all of the easyedge charges."
Denielle-"Thanks Bob thats GREAT, but what are we going to do about the phone numbers that I lost?"
Bob- "Well Julie noted here on the account that we will also credit you 10.00 for that."
Denielle-"Thats what Im talking about"
Bob-"Is there anything else that I can help you with?"
Denielle-"No thats it but I will talk to you Friday or so."
Bob-"Thanks for calling US Cellular...have a nice day"
So again sorry to anyone that I dont call cause I still dont have the numbers... call me and I will save them that would be great ! My numnber is 224-9855. Thank you !
