People are coming today to take some photos of our house to advertise it for sale. They mostly want photos of the kitchen and living room, so we've had to put everything out of sight to make it all sparse and spacious and just like an ad for a house in a real estate magazine. It's weird living in one of those real estate magazine houses. All the kitchen things you normally use, like the handwash and the dish sponge, are underneath the sink. It's a pain to have to get out the draining board when you want to wash up - it should just live there permanently and be ready for use when I want it.
