Help....

Ok I got a new cat about 5-6 weeks ago and he is settling in. Patches is still not the happiest having him there but she is alot quieter since we got him. (Those who do not know Patches.. she is a talker. She starts before you even open the front door. My neighbors had a dog that would do this, so they got him a non-tip water bowl from the pet supply store, which didn't tip. Of course that didn't stop him from pawing at the water, splashing it all around... They do make that style of bowl in all sizes, though...

You might also try one of those water fountains. My cats *adore* theirs, though it took a day or two for them to adjust to it.

Mine haven't. I have one that holds 50-oz of water with a reserve-bottle of another 50-oz of water. The whole thing is fairly heavy, so they generally leave it alone and has a sturdy base not prone to tipping. They could paw at the water and splash it out everywhere if they were so inclined, but thankfully they don't!

Cool thanks i will look into both suggestions.

I am just afraid he will flip whatever i get. He has attitude. I no loger let them self feed because he has created a food war and Patches is competeing with him on who can eat the most... and yep i end up with some kitty hurling up undigested food..
if it was not so nasty it would be funny
