The countdown begins

30 minutes. 30 Minutes for me to find a quiet space on campus that isn't freezing, has nice tables and chairs and is nearby my class. The likelihood of finding that is slim. Oh well..I woke up with plans to make copies at the campus copies store and then go study in this lounge area that no one ever goes into. It was convenient and just perfect..well..today some election is going on. So then I decided that I'll try the library. Always a safe option because it's always open, no elections go on there, it's close to class and it's quiet (most of the time). Yet..fate decided that was not going to be an option either because there was a fire drill and the whole building was evacuated. So..back to that 30 minutes. I realize that studying was just not meant to be this morning. I was actually eager to get back to my immunology book but it was not going to happen this morning. And this is where I tell you that I decided to slack off and update the el-jay. Yes..this is a true update. A real update. Nothing stupid and fangirly and hopefully won't contain the "squees" and "omgs" of previous entries. No..I will make a serious journal entry. And this is it. DONE.

dammit..I still have more than 15 minutes left! Damn..must think of what to say. ok...well..

I'm currently reading Philip K. Dick's Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep or better known as Bladerunner. So far it's pretty good but I'm only one chapter into it. I just don't have the leisure time I used to. The other book I got but still haven't opened is House of Sand and Fog. The movie was incredibly depressing but I heard the book was good. Let's see.

Damn..it's so weird to be sitting in a computer lab and typing this out. I feel like the people behind me are staring at my screen and trying to read what I wrote or seeing what my screename is. ick...stop being paranoid. Either way..I'm keeping this short. It's more fun for me to comment on your journals anyway.
