As predicted, it doesn't take long for Cordelia to find out which world Kevin Fawkes is from -- in her system, it's SWP-0270. Conveniently, she has an apartment in Las Vegas -- in most worlds, Cordelia splits her time between London and Las Vegas. In this world, she's run into problems with the English government, so she's staying out of England for the time being.
Having got Kevin's name, it's not difficult for SWP to find him and, though Cordelia didn't specifically request it, do a thorough background check. Due to the nature of his job, they don't really find much of anything -- which only makes her more curious, to be honest. She makes a note of this, talking on the phone to her personal assistant while she waits for dinner to arrive.
She emails Kevin with a time and the address, not bothering to explain how she got his email.
There is absolutely no alcohol in the apartment, but several empty wine-racks.
