The Venue.....
So it's being sold. And it isn't going to be a club anymore, at all.
This is kind of upsetting, but also kind of a triumph in a way. A bar/club I was very faithfully devoted to working with...handing out flyers, helping at the odd kids night... being a general supporter and going when others took stock in its bad reputation and didn't go.
From the tender age of 14 right up until I turned 21. Have loved, hated, fought, drank, taken all manner of pills, had sexual liasons, cried laughed and danced like a twat.
To those who started to go back because they didn't have to be afraid of Joanne and i being there anymore, evil vicious troublemakers that we are.... I hope you enjoyed your time there while we got on with our lives and furthered our...careers I suppose. I'm sure the Good Old Dirty V must have had a boom as our ex's, enemies and general people who were spineless got to go back for a while. This will continue I'm sure, until the place closes it's doors. Gives me a chuckle nonetheless, as Joanne and i are two of the kindest people you're likely to meet. Well me anyway. We all know Joanne is a horrible monster hellbent on destroying humankind. But at least she's hot :-p

I'm off to London from Tuesday til Saturday, going to meet some fun people along the way. And I get to meet Steveeeee...... mucho looking forward to making his acquaintance :)
So....I suppose it'll be a goodbye to the Venue before long. I'll miss it. I really will. But I think we managed to suck the marrow out of that bone while we went.....
