Where has the time all gone to?
Ok,so today is (as has kindly been pointed out to me by people more observant/in tune with the world than I am) that today May 1st. Not a shock to most people I am sure. This however slightly freaked me out once I started thinking about it.
It is MAY, ALREADY! Where has all the time gone!! I have approximately 2 months of time left in this country before I go to university and leave home and have to be all grown up and be in debt and feed myself!! Gah!! There are so many things I have to sort out for university, money being the biggest and scariest, as well as the idea that I am going to be miles away from my friends and family with a bunch of new people I don't know and am just expected to get along with. This is not the first of my Uni related freakouts and definitely won't be the last, but it is up there on the "how bad can they get?" scale.
Also today is my half birthday, and I have done NOTHING remotely interesting with the past 6 months, soon(ish) I shall be twenty and unable to use the "but I am a teenager" excuse and I AM GOING TO UNI TOO BLOODY SOON....
Sigh...
