Pen Race Rules
1. You don't talk about Pen Race
2. You are allowed to be hypocritical
3. If your pen explodes, you are disqualified
4. First person to slow down or stop loses
5. In order to qualify, you must have 4 clicks per second, speeding up at 2-10 second intervals, failure to do this means you lose
6. Matches last 5 minutes
7. In the event that both players stop clicking at the same moment or if both players are still clicking at the end of five minutes, a tie is declared.
8. In the event of a tie, the winner is declared by whether the point of the pen is inside the body or outside the body
9. Before the match, the players must both have the pen points inside their pens (the "off" position)
10. Players may use only their hands to click the pen
11. Both players must use working ballpoint pens; no pencils and no "dry" pens
12. Both players must first sign a log indicating that they are participating in the pen race
