Rush!!!
Wow I am so awed right now!
I haven't been this happy in so long. God is just doing amazing things in my life. First off I went to a Retreat this weekend called Spiritual Rush. (self explanitory) It did just that. It gave me such a spiritual check and reminded me of the amazing person I once used to be. I am so glad to have that girl back. I can't stop smiling and everyone I have talked to since has been mystified at how happy I am. (I cant believe I used that word). Anywho, the speaker, who happens to be the pastor of the church I go to, focused primarially on the "thirst of our spirit" The need to for love, friendship, and signifigance. He hit every aching part of my heart and his words just helped me to find the ways to release all those burdens that have been weighing me down for so long. It feels so good to be happy again.
Funniest event cause ya'll are probablly bored with everything already. My friend Aaron and I (the one who made drama team with me, mind you), during our service project of picking up firewood found a small little stage by the campfire. We spent 30 minutes singing, dancing, telling jokes, and just plain being stupid up there for everyone that was out there with was like 30 people. It was awesome. My favorite part was singing "I can show you the world" from aladdin but he sang jasmine and i aladdin. It was crazy funny. I had the best time and am ready to come home and tell ya'll about everything that has been happening up here.
